Rhoda's ability

Sorry for all the questions, my group has several and I don't have the answers.

Rhoda's special ability, along with revealing cards in your deck and replacing her with a Jerusalem hero to battle, is to...

"Your heroes are protected from evil NT discard and capture abilities."

Does that ability remain ongoing after she is replaced in battle, protecting all remaining and new characters in the battle until its resolution?

Yes, the ability will last until the end of the phase.

Unless it gets interrupted or negated

That also answers another question we've been having regarding ruling on a certain cards and how they are played. A card that states "cannot be negated," can be negated if it is interrupted and then the negated.

Is that right?

No, that is not correct. I still think that the Angel Wars insert explained this best:

"Cannot be Interrupted" abilities cannot be stopped by any card played after them.
"Cannot be Prevented" abilities cannot be stopped by any card played before them.
"Cannot be Negated" abilities cannot be stopped by any card played before or after them.

Also, cannot be negated means, "Cannot be interrupted or prevented."

No, an interrupt is a pausing of an ability after an ability is played, and a prevent is before it is played. Negate is both.

Cannot be negated means that it cannot be interrupted, prevented, or negated.

That helps, especially the individual word definitions.

What about cards, with opposing abilities that both say "cannot be negated," who negates who?

We're finding this to be a common issue when looking over the new EC cards.

If there are two negate abilities that target the other negate ability, and they are both cannot be negated, nothing is negated.

Also another side note to your earlier question about interrupt and prevent:

If an ability negates abilities, than all abilities to be activated later in the phase are prevented, because the negate happened earlier in the phase, so it is played as it is prevented, so cannot be prevented cards are not prevented by that negate.

If Moses is presented in battle (FBTN), and than an evil character blocks, if that evil character is cannot be prevented than it still activates regardless of any previous abilities.

A cannot be interrupted ability is the opposite, any abilities before the cannot be interrupted ability activates can prevent it, but after it activates it cannot be interrupted or negated, if it is not first prevented.

A cannot be negated ability cannot be negated, even by another cannot be negated ability.  It is important to note that the CBN ability that is not being negated is not negating the negate that is trying to target it, it is simply not able to be negated, even by a cbn negate.

As Drrek stated, "Cannot be negated" is not trying to negate anything. Both cards can maintain their "Cannot be negated" status simultaneously, since they are only affecting themselves.

Got it.  ...and that is the coolest response to a question about negating that I've ever seen!!   :D
