Title: Burial Shroud

If you have Burial shroud active, then can you/your opponent make a battle challenge?


Burial Shroud:

Type- Artifact
SA= Holder may not make a rescue attempt or be attacked. May be used twice.

Does this mean, if I am the one who has this active, then can I make battle challenges?

You can make a battle challenge, your opponent can't.

Be aware, however, that you can't make a battle challenge if the Hero you are attacking with has access to LS's.

Disagree. In order to do that you would need a copy of Goliath, which isn't tournament legal yet.  ;)

You can taunt without Goliath.  Here's an example:
"Neener neener neener!"
