List of Herod's Temple Artifacts

I have heard from some that Herod's Temple artifacts are essentially the same ones that can be put in Z Temple. Can we get an official list of what artifacts may be held in Herod's Temple?

Also, I'm confused. Why is Herod's Temple a good fortress, when all printed Herods are evil characters, and Herod's Temple was a site before?

Still researching this one. The list will be posted when it is completed.

BTW, I'm not aware of the existence or requirement for a Zerubbabel's Temple artifact list. No card calls for it. Filling Zerubbabel’s Temple (FF) only refers to a general temple artifact. However, I"ll work on that too in the event it is ever needed.

Just because an Evil man upgraded the temple for whatever reasons, doesn't mean it wasn't still the temple of God on earth until Christ.

but for game play purposes, is it right for an evil card to search for a good card? or vice versa can my King Hazael use his ability if converted?

King Hazael (RA)
Type: Evil Char. • Brigade: Gray • Ability: 8 / 11 • Class: Warrior • Special Ability: You may discard a gray brigade enhancement from hand to discard an O.T. Fortress or occupied Site. Opponent may discard one of his Artifacts instead. • Identifiers: OT Male Human, King (Syria), Royalty, Fought Earthly Battle • Verse: II Kings 12:17 • Availability: Rock of Ages booster packs (None)

on another note for some reason since i first saw this card i was thinking it was a site also for some reason...
This is the way Lackey gave it to me. All hail the power of Lackey!

When we were testing Herod's Temple this is the list we used for "Herod's Temple Artifacts".

Quote from: play test notes
All the Temple artifacts are Herod's Temple artifacts, except Ark, Tables of the Law, Book of the Covenant, Pot of Manna, and possibly Windows of Narrow Light.

Yes, it's been listed as a Temple Artifact for a while now.  I remember it was removed when Priests came out but I don't recall when it was out back on the list.

The torn Temple Veil is a Herod's Temple artifact, but not a Temple Artifact.

Book of the Covenant was found in Solomon's Temple, making it a Temple artifact, but not a Herod's Temple artifact.

So, there are
Tabernacle Artifacts
Temple Artifacts
Herod's Temple Artifacts

Those lists will be posted in the REG.  But the list Gabe cited is pretty much accurate except for the fact that Temple Veil is only a Herod'sTemple art, and not just a general Temple art.

Hey,

The torn Temple Veil is a Herod's Temple artifact, but not a Temple Artifact.

The REG lists Temple Veil as a Temple Item and Tabernacle Item.

http://www.redemptionreg.com/REG/Master/templeveilf.htm

"Torn Temple Veil," if we ever make that into a card would be a Herod's Temple Item (or possibly not even that, did they leave it torn or replace it after Christ's death?) but "Temple Veil" represents the item in general, not the specific event and thus belongs in all of the temples.

The veil was present in all the temples. We don't know what happened after it was torn, but my guess is it was fixed or replaced. However, we don't know that. Here is what I have:

Herod’s Temple Artifact
Several Redemption® cards specifically reference “Herod’s Temple Artifacts”. The following Redemption® cards refer to Herod’s temple artifacts:
•   Herod’s Temple (Di)
The following Redemption® cards are considered Herod’s temple artifacts:
•   Altar of Burnt Offering (Pi), Altar of Incense (E), Altar of Incense (Pi), Holy of Holies (DL), Holy of Holies (DU), Holy of Holies (Pi), Lampstand of the Sanctuary (Pi), Table of Showbread (Pi), Temple Veil (F), The Bronze Laver (Pi), and The Silver Trumpets (Pi)

Zerubbabel’s Temple Artifact
Several Redemption® cards contain special abilities that refer to a artifacts associated with Zerubbabel’s Temple. The following cards refer to Zerubbabel’s Temple artifacts:
•   (none currently)
The following Redemption® cards are considered Zerubbabel’s Temple artifacts:
•   Altar of Burnt Offering (Pi), Altar of Incense (E), Altar of Incense (Pi), Book of the Covenant (P), Book of the Law (Pi), Holy of Holies (DL), Holy of Holies (DU), Holy of Holies (Pi), Lampstand of the Sanctuary (Pi), Pot of Manna (P), Table of Showbread (Pi), Temple Veil (F), The Bronze Laver (Pi), The Silver Trumpets (Pi), and Windows of Narrow Light (P)

Rofl @ the Books not being Herod's Temple, but Pot of Mana being Z-Temple.

It is not a temple artifact because it was not permantantly located in the temple.

Blue Tassels were (and are still in some denominations) worn by all Jews, and were not an item that was stable in the temple. (this is the same reasoning that was given for Priestly Breastplate and Urim and Thummim not being temple artifacts, since they're worn and not stationary things.)

EDIT: Insta-posted by Alex.

Still waiting on a response about the book of the Law, though.
