Is Elijah a Prophet?

The REG does not list him as a prophet (both the online and PDF version). Should this be corrected?

Didnt Saul/Paul also prophisie something? I think he did, so wouldnt that mean he is considered a prophet, that would be really cool.

Not only is he a prophet, but he is a New Testament Green Brigade Prophet who can (through Hidden Treasures) play a pre-block enhancement of any color, and it cannot be negated.
