Proud Pharisee must complete. So the person blocking will have a chance to play first.

I don't know about that because tToD must complete also and i think forts have presidense over characters. Example I had, I went out and opponent blocked with uzzah, I played prosperity he protected but I still was able to play first.

I'm 100% sure. He hasn't blocked until his ability has completed. Atleast that's how it was when I played with ttod.

Part of blocking is activating your SA. PP's SA says he can play an enhancement, so if he uses that, then he can play an enhancement before TToD activates. It has nothing to do with initiative.

I concur with the Sauce.
TToD is a triggered ability and has to wait its turn until after all EC abilities complete, including PP.
