How does drafting work with TeP packs?

You open the pack, take a card and pass the rest, just like with any other pack.

Meaning that in booster draft you only get one of the new cards out of the first pack, but could get a second from the next pack?  Contrary to how we use the tins?
May you prosper greatly!

Correct, TeP packs are not treated the same way as the 10 FOOF/RoA cards you get in a tin.  TeP packs are treated just like another booster pack when you're drafting.

Are TeP packs added to tins now, or is it just a TeP pack + the packs included in tins.

Everyone does get two shinies, you'll notice, unless someone actually passes one or both of theirs on.

Keep in mind that the cards in these boxes are still randomized, whereas the sets in the tins were a specific themed collection, e.g. blue Genesis and gray Roman, and designed to be kept together.

They are added with the tin and the missing pack from the tin.

I actually drafted three TexP cards during Booster Draft at Nationals. :D And this is after passing twice on TexP and instead opting for a couple of ultra-rares that happened to come up.
