Booster draft question

I seem to recall that in booster, you can have up to three copies of any card. Does that mean, theoretically, that one could have three of the same dominant in a booster deck? Unlikely, but possible?

You are not limited to 3 copies of a card, there is no restriction on the number of copies of a card you can have in a booster deck.   You can have up to 7 of the same dominant in a booster deck (since you are still limited by the dominant cap).

Okay. That changes a lot. On a similar note, can you have two copies of the same character in play in booster, even if they have different pictures (i.e., Ira (wa) and Ira (ki)?

The rules regarding having the same unique character under your control do not change in Booster.  You can only have 1 Ira in play.

Well, for clarification you could theoretically have up to 11ish if you get Lost Souls in your packs as well and decide to make a large deck. :P

Yeah, but that seems like a bad idea for booster, to have over 56 cards. I've never tried though, so it could work and I just don't know.
