Ok so... is it legal to have the following cards in a typical T1 deck?

Ehuds Dagger. (Blue)
Ehuds Dagger. (Gold)

do enhancements run into the "Uniqueness" issue that characters do when it comes to deckbuilding?

Here, Bryon said that they follow the same rules as unique characters.  That thread's a year old, so it may have changed.
