Is there an Errata on this card? or is it played as worded?
As printed: "Protect all heroes in player's territory from harm or negative effect."

It is played as worded. Harm and negative effect have been ruled to mean the same thing (targeting by an opponent's card of different alignment) so it does not protect your Heroes from the opponent banding to them.

Ok, thanks. Just to make sure, would this protect my heroes in territory against my own angry mob?

Yes, good catch. Harm is targeting by a card of opposite alignment or an opponent's neutral card.

So it protects against anyone's Angry Mob (including yours) and protects against an opponent's Magic Charms, but does not protect against your own Elijah's Mantle.
