S/A Negate all special abilities on sites and lost souls this turn. Your heroes have access to all Sites this turn.

Does B stay in play for the whole turn of the player playing it or just prep phase.

Ok, so, can someone please cite the rules about TC enhancements? I thought the rule was that the card was played and then discarded unless placed somewhere or stated otherwise.

It is.

However, if the ability specifies a duration, then it lasts that duration unless negated.

Ok I get what you are asking. no it does not stay in play. The SA does but not the card
