ok, lets just say i have lot's wife (may band to any evil char (i think)) in my hand, and my opponent declares a RA
i put down lot's wife, and band it to an opp's evil char because they only have one and i'm trying to get rid of it. I am losing, so I use another card (can't remember what it is, but discard all cards in battle) in order to take out both an evil and good char from my opponent? also, when a card says to set aside an evil char, can i set aside my opponent's for that amount of turns? ty for responding

For your first question, you can band in his EC (as long as he does not have wall of Protection active) and then discard all cards in battle (if you have intiative). Your opponent could only interrupt on the hero, since he does not control the EC.

For the second question, only if the enhancement was a good card played in battle.

This is from the rulebook (page 34):

A player may not set aside an opponent’s character unless:

• The special ability of the enhancement specifically states that the opponent’s character may be targeted and

• The set-aside card is activated on a character in the Field of Battle.

This is from the REG:

By default, your good set-aside cards target only your own Heroes, but can target Evil Characters of any player. Likewise, your evil set-aside cards can target only your own Evil Characters, but can target Heroes of any player.
