Can you band an opponent's unique hero into battle when you have the same hero in your territory? I thought that you could and had to choose one to discard (I band in an opponent's Eliashib and then discard my own), but a friend thinks not.
-
I think if you have the "option" to band in a duplicate character... you are not allowed to select the duplicate.
-
You cannot choose to band a duplicate. For example, if I have Captain of the Host in my Chamber of Angels I cannot choose to band to my opponent's Captain of the Host.
-
So am I correct in saying that if you have the OPTION to control a duplicate, then you are not allowed to do it? If you are REQUIRED to control a duplicate, like from Dungeon, then you then have to pick which to discard?
-
Yep, Lambo, that sounds correct to me. ;)

This applies to T1?

This applies to T1?
Yes, T1, T2, booster and sealed.
-
Huh, that's good to know.

+1 Lambo and Gabe. That's how I understand it to work as well.
