Can the three woes negate Asherah Pole? I'm wondering if you can negate it before the block happens?

The only reason I ask is because the REG says this

"The granting of cannot be negated to any ability cannot be negated."

Because abilities that grant CB_ are themselves CBN, the part of Asherah Pole that makes EEs CBN is always CBN, regardless of phase. That said, the part that gets discarded if certain heroes enter battle is still negatable - you could Woes an Asherah Pole so that it doesn't get killed if Gideon attacks.
