Do Go into Captivity or Unholy Writ send to Raider's Camp?

If I'm blocking with a human EC (per the requirements of Raider's Camp), and then activate Unholy Writ or Go into Captivity (as an artifact), can I send that captured hero to Raider's Camp?

No it does not because technically the artifact is doing the capture and not the EC.
