Title: Are Promo Cards Allowable in Tournaments?

Hi guys! I was wondering if one can keep their deck legal if it has promotional cards such as New Jerusalem (dominant). Is there a promo ruling guide somewhere out there?

Yes any Promo card is legal for Tournament Play.

Addendum to that.  The custom heroes from the Boston 2010 national tournament are no longer legal.  Every other card is legal.
