New Redemption Grab Bag now includes an assortment of 500 cards from five (5) different expansion sets. Available at Cactus website.
Currently, according to the REG, "Moreover, you may use multiple set-aside cards on a character simultaneously."In this post from July June, Rob wrote, "If I limit set-asides to one at a time, it will not take effect until after the National tournament in August. Too many players are used to being able to stack set-asides on a character when they set the character aside. I don't want to change it in the middle of state and regional tournaments. Even so, be forwarned that the change is probably coming."Quick (or possibly not) question--was this officially changed after Nationals?
It is still under review. It will be posted here soon. A rationale will be included with it.Mike
The game rules currently limit any player to play one card at a time. Another card cannot be played until the first has completed its full effect. This means you cannot play cards simultaneously, unless they state otherwise (e.g., New Jerusalem). Hence, you cannot play multiple set-aside cards at the same time. There will have to be some changes to the REG, since some previous rulings now conflict with this. Thanks for pointing it out. The suggested changes will be posted soon.Mike
Yeah, how am I supposed to draw 11 extra cards before battle phase if I can't set my teal guy aside with Feast of Trumpets, First Fruits, and Pentecost all at the same time?
Good point Ben. I really didn't feel strongly about this rule until you pointed out that it hurts Speed Decks. Therefore I am now in favor of it One set aside at a time.MASK unite.
I'm just proud to see TKP all growed up and pwning trollz :tear:
You wanna take Upload?
Does Water to Wine's SA allow you to place multiple simultaneous set asides on a single character?
Water to Wine also allows you to hold them in your hand and play them later because it includes the word "may".
But deciding to play the set-asides, you'd have to either play all of them or none of them, correct?
I agree, in that Kerith Ravine
But deciding to play the set-asides, you'd have to either play all of them or none of them, correct? If you don't have enough Heroes for all of them, are the extra ones activated and then, with no one to latch onto, discarded?Water to Wine: Holder may search draw pile for all blue brigade set-aside cards and put them in play.
Water to Wine lets you search, find, and play multiple set aside cards, but you choose the order they activate sequentially.
