I'm feeling Loopie

If my opponent has Seven Wicked Spirits in their territory and I block with another copy of Seven Wicked Spirits, could I infinitely and legally stall the game by continually choosing Seven Wicked Spirits to exchange and block?

Wouldnt each characters ability only be allowed to activate once per turn?

Hey,

No.

From the REG: "No exchange card can be exchanged with another exchange card."

I also believe that stalling has been defined as "taking more time than is necessary or performing an action that serves no purpose."  Thus "legally stalling" is not possible ever.

I think it isn't legal to intentionally stall the game anyways.
