Ok so... I know the ruling goes as follows.
Cards follow the cards they are placed on. I'm not debating this, but rather, the inverse: What happens if the cards ON the other card are prevented from leaving?
Example: If I have my Anti-Shuffle lost soul chilling in my LoB, and I place several other souls into my sites, and ANB is played. What happens? I see four possible options:
1. The aforementioned rule kicks in and the souls get shuffled with the sites anyways.
2. The souls remain, but the sites get shuffled.
3. Since the souls cannot be shuffled, they hold the sites down like nails do to shingles.
4. The universe explodes.
While this card is in play, protect each Lost Soul in play from being shuffled, placed under draw pile, or exchanged
ALL players shuffle ALL cards in the field of play, set-aside areas and their hands (except this one) back into their draw pile. Only cards in Land of Redemption and discard piles remain. ALL players Draw 8 new cards. Holder may begin a new turn.
