If I have color guard LS in a green site and I play ANB will my evil characters be shuffled or not.

Color Guard-While this card is in a single-color site, Evil Characters in holders territory are immune to that brigade color.

No, they are not shuffled. Before Nazareth and Asahel, that was one of the more popular combos with ANB.
