Hi there,

just wondering whether Children also protects "non-placed" enhancements which are played on/with her either in battle or as territory class?

Thanks for clarification!

Bye

Since the wording reads “good enhs on this hero” that would include protection for placed and equipped enhs.

Does it for sure include equipped enhancements?

Read the wording and see for yourself.

“Protect good enhancements on this hero from opponent’s. Cannot be negated by a good card.” (Errata).

I know what the ability does; are you sure equipped counts as "on"? As far as I know held by, placed on, and equipped to were all separate things.

It doesn't say "placed on", it just says "on", so I'd say a weapon equipped to a character is still on that character.

I'm less sure about Enhancements CoL uses in battle, but I could see the argument for them being protected as well.

They were separate in regards to what kind of enhs are considered placed and held, but with the wording of CoL it covers both kinds.

Those are most of interest regarding my question if they are non-weaponclass and non-placed! Are they protected or not? And what about these enhancement when played with TC?

TC Enhancements don't stay on the character. They either place themselves somewhere or do whatever they say and are discarded.

Oh wow so you're suggesting interrupt and discard for example wouldn't do anything to enhance even played on cone dog in battle

I’m pretty sure “on” was meant to mean those enhs that are placed or equipped on and not temporary enhs played in battle.

By the way, what is cone dog? Is this a new animal EC? Is it this...

Just wait till you see the ability. They are definitely going to have to nerf it after it wins nationals and maybe even issue a reprint, it's that serious   :o

Interrupt and discard would still work since it would interrupt the protection.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

Interrupt and discard would still work since it would interrupt the protection.

What about interrupt and redirect only the enhancement? Would numbers still apply?

It seems the answer is yes they are on so yes they are protected
