AoTL vs. Swift Horsies.

I make a rescue and opponent blocks with a Babylonian with horses on him. As soon as he blocks, I play AoTL. Does he still get to play an enhancement off of Swift horses?

Yes. All special abilities must complete before you can play dominants.

Yes, you have to wait for all pending instant abilities to complete before you can insert a dominant or an optional use artifact (like Unholy Writ).
