So I got this really brilliant idea...that is until I read more closely on Ahimaaz and Spy's sa.
This is Spy -
Special Ability: Holder may look at one opponent's hand or cards face down in a Site. Hero may then withdraw from battle unharmed or continue the battle.
I assuming that "Hero..." is only that one hero - meaning he can't withdraw him and someone else in the field of battle.
I realize that probably won't work, it's just a little hard to give this idea up. Maybe I'll find another way...

Nope, Spy can only withdraw himself.
However, you might be interested in this...

Yeah, I've already looked at all the good withdraw cards from the REG. This thread is interesting on the topic: http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/index.php?topic=13972.0 (http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/index.php?topic=13972.0)

Yay, I'm interesting.... =D
The ruling on the issue was:
"Hero" means "this Hero" when it is the subject of the sentence and "Hero" means "a Hero" when it is the direct object of the sentence.
So when Provisions says "Set hero aside" the subject is an understood you, the verb is set and "hero" is the direct object. Which means "Set hero aside" on Provisions is played as "Set a Hero aside" and thus functions the same as Ambush.
