If I know my opponent has the Son of God in his hand can I play confusion even though he has Jerusalem Tower?

Since I'm allowed to remove a card from his hand because Jerusalem Tower is not protecting that and I'm only shuffling and looking at his deck it should still be able to be played right?

I would assume you can still play confusion , you just can't remove a card from their deck , but can target other areas that are not protected.

Not 100% sure on this answer , but this just my intake on it.

You can play confusion certainly and even look through their deck and shuffle it, you just can't take anything out. If the named card is in their hand it definitely works.
