Abom and PoZ

1.  If opponent is decked out and uses a non "may" draw ability, would either PoZ or Abom still activate?

2.  If I used a forced draw ability (like on Martha, forcing opponent to draw a card) and my opponent has music leaders, would I get to activate Abom before music leaders activates?

PoZ=If an opponent draws because of their special ability, you may discard a card in their territory. Cannot be interrupted.

Abom=If used by a Greek, place in opponent's territory: If that opponent draws cards (except during draw phase), you may discard a card in their territory (except a Lost Soul).

music leader=If an opponent uses a draw ability or a search ability (except on a musician), you may search deck or discard pile for up to 2 good cards that involve music.

PoZ and Admon do not trigger because they require actual cards to be drawn, and since there are none in deck, none are drawn. Music Leader does trigger even if no cards are drawn because he merely requires a draw ability to be used.

An ability is considered used if it completes, even if there is no effect or if the effect involves other players.

if cards are drawn, which triggers first, abom or music leaders?

If they're controlled by the same player they would be able to decide the order. If they are controlled by different players, I believe Abom would trigger first because Music Leader requires the ability to complete while Abom's trigger (the cards being drawn) happens during the ability. (The effect of the trigger still happens after it completes in either case).

I'm not 100% certain on this but I don't know of any source of information that outlines this specific trigger scenario.

Abom and ML trigger in exactly the same way. If both are controlled by the same player, that player chooses which activates first. If they are controlled by different players, the one controlled by the player whose turn it is activates first.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!
