okay, I was told that EMS doesn't stop War Officer because the ability takes effect before it's considered a RA. also, Hur can be used in T2 with no lost souls out, and it ends up a rescue. correct me if I'm wrong on these

if that's the case, then Ahimaaz retreating with Chariots of Fire or I am Patience. right?

Ems does not stop war officer if there are lost souls in your LOB.

It's true that Rob overturned himself in this case. If I remember correctly Bryon made the announcement on Rob's behalf in May 2008.
