Nehemiah or Ezra Reference
Several Redemption® cards contain special abilities that refer to cards from a specific book or chapter of the Bible. After being set aside, Zerubbabel allows the holder to “Search deck for a good card with Nehemiah or Ezra reference and add it to hand or battle.” This includes the following cards:

•      Determination of Nehemiah, Eliashib the High Priest, Jerusalem Tower, Joiada, Son of Eliashib, Joiakim, Son of Joshua, Renewing the Covenant, Shelemiah the Priest, and Standing in the Gap
Missing from this list are:

Cymbals of the Levites
Zerubbabel
Zerubbabel's Temple
Filling Zerubbabel’s Temple
Ezra
Holy unto the Lord
Jonathan, son of Joiada (he's been released since the last update)
Nehemiah

Question (pretty sure the answer is no): Could Zerubbabel put Filling ZT into battle if he was alone, and if so, would the ability still work?

It could not be added to battle since enhancements can only enter battle when the brigades match.
