a question and a challenge

the question: if a hero is discarded while set-aside, can you heal them?

the challenge: is there anyway to protect a N.T. hero that is set-aside from being discarded by darius decree?

The question: I don't see why not

Miraculous Handkerchiefs will do it, but I can't think of anything else at the moment

I believe if you have a hero in play, you'd be able to play a healing enhancement to save your set aside dude.

oh sorry, i was thinking melchisideck's blessing, Miraculous Handkerchiefs does say set-aside, but i thought the ruling was that once you turned it down then the character would be discarded, or something...

Nope, they're protected from discard period - if one of them is poisened though, then it comes back once Hankies is deactivated.

If you just want to protect 1 hero, then you could put them in Kerith Revine.
