What is the ruling on Plot ripping in tourney play?  Do we need to bring xtra plots to put in the deck that it's used in?  Or once it's ripped is the deck null and void after deck check?  never used a deck with plot in a tourney so I'm not sure what to expect. I would greatly appreciate anyone's responses.  Thanks all!

If you rip a plot in one game you must continue the tournament with 1 less card. If you want to check in a deck with only 50 cards and a plot you have to have a secondary deck to play just in case or else not use it. In fact, I'm not entirely sure if it's legal to use a 50 (or other deck minimum with your LS amount) with Plot in it but perhaps someone else can chime in. As far as T2 goes, you have to take out a good card as well in order to make sure your deck is still legal.

You can use a 50 card deck with Haman's plot and still rip it.   It becomes illegal after that game though, thus you need more decks if they are only 50 card size.

Other decks of larger size stay legal after a plot is ripped in T1.

So just for clarification.  My deck is 56 with 7 souls.  If I rip the plot, I can still use the deck (55 cards with plot ripped and 7 souls).

Yes...that is a legal deck and could continue to be used in tournaments.
