Harm means:

   - Targeted by a card of opposite alignment (good cards always harm evil cards and vice versa)
   - Your good or evil card is targeted by an opponent's neutral card

ANB therefore harms evil cards.

That said, in the case of ANB they're usually out of play by the time they would have a chance to trigger any abilities that activate when harmed.

Yea, I was trying to make Noah's ark work. The negate on a new beginning would default to in play so the protect on ark would work through it (plays to set aside), but it doesn't.
