A few questions

1. Is multi-brigade (two or more identified brigades on a card) the same as multi-colored (rainbow)?

2. If a card is targeting a specific brigade color of a defender (let's say the hero is now immune to or ignores gray brigade, or the hero is drawing cards based upon the number of evil brigades I have in play), and I am blocking with a multi-colored EC (such as Silly Women), would the immune/ignore ability work against SW, or does the specific brigade color have to be represented on the evil character? Does she not represent gray (or any specific color for that matter) but can just play any colored card? And how many cards would the hero draw if the other scenario?

3.  I assume KoT would not be able to negate Moses' SA unless KoT had a modifier such as CBP or CBN since his SA is being prevented by Moses, correct?

4. How do the new rules of initiative and dominant play work exactly?

1. Multi-Color and Multi-Brigade both refer to 2 or more brigades

2. Rainbow brigade is not a special separate brigade, it is the same as that character having every individual brigade on it. If a Hero is ignoring/immune to any single brigade, it would also be ignore/be immune to a rainbow brigade character. For anything that refers to the number of brigades, evil rainbow counts as all 7 evil brigades and good rainbow counts as all 8 good brigades.

3. If Moses is rescuing and KoT blocks, (Assuming no other cards are affecting either of them) KoT will be prevented. If Moses is in territory and KoT blocks some other Hero who does not negate KoT, KoT will negate Moses in territory for the duration of battle phase because KoT negates all enhancements and characters in play, not just in battle and Moses only affects battle while he is in it.

4. From the REG:
"The active player has the first opportunity to play dominant cards during each phase of their
turn. Then the opportunity to play dominant cards is given to inactive players in turn order.
The opportunity to play dominants can be passed multiple times if needed. When all players
have declined to play a dominant card the game may move to the next phase or turn.

During the battle phase, the active player has the first opportunity to play dominants,
regardless of initiative. The next opportunity is given to the inactive player who is being
attacked, then passed to all other inactive players in turn order. Repeat this process to
determine who is allowed to play dominants each after any special ability (or batch of special
abilities) is complete."

Thanks, Kevin.

5. CoW Every Man's Sword can only discard a good or evil fortress (assuming this is the multi-brigade card being targeted) that's NOT set-aside, correct?

Every Man's Sword cannot discard fortresses ever. Fortresses have no brigade(s).

I guess the rainbow color made me think that they were multi-colored.

Thanks

6. Can CoW Armor of God and TPC AoG be in the same 56 card deck?

7. If I have Raider's Camp and Alexandrian Ship in play, can I choose to put a captured hero into either one or do I have to use RC?

8. If I capture a hero, then draw Alexandrian Ship on my next turn and put it into play, can I transfer that previously captured hero into it or do captured heroes only go into it right when they are captured?

9. If I play an evil enhancement that specifically says on the card to capture a hero to my LoB or my opponent's LoB, but I have Raider's Camp and/or Alex. Ship, do I have the option of putting the captured hero into one of those two fortresses, or must I follow the specific wording on the EE as to where they go?

6. Non-character cards I believe are limited just by the name of the card so you cannot have two different cards named Sword of the Spirit even if other parts of the card besides the name are different.

7. If the way cards enter and/or exit a fortress is not specified on the card, you may do the unspecified operation during your upkeep. If Camp is out, captured characters go straight to it the moment they are captured. For Ship, you have to manually move them from your LoB to Ship during your upkeep. If both are down, all captured characters will go straight to Camp and since Camp specifies how its contents leave, you cannot move them from Camp to Ship.

8. This is answered by the answer to question 7. Captured characters never go straight to Ship, the only way to put characters in it is to have a captured character in your LoB during your upkeep and move them into the fortress manually.

9. I believe Camp's ability is an implied instead, so no matter where the capturing card says to place the captured character, it should go to Camp. It will never go to Ship since captured characters never go straight to Ship under any circumstances.

Ok thanks. That's what I thought for all of them. Just wanted to be sure since I might be judging a tourney next week.

10. If I rescue with Abram's Army, I'm assuming I can only release a captured hero in my LoB and not in my opponent's? Same with Centurion at Jerusalem?

11. If I control Saul (Apostles) and I convert him using Holy Grail, do I have to claim only one brigade color, or can he still be rainbow?

10. Special abilities default to play so both of those characters can release from anywhere in play (your territory, an opponent's territory, an opponent's Raiders' Camp, etc).

11. Saul, I believe, has an errata'd identifier that if he is converted to a Hero from any source he becomes the rainbow-brigade version with the printed special ability (overriding any brigade the convert specified).

12. If I'm rescuing with CoW King Saul banded to Abigail banded to David the Shepherd, and my opponent blocks with Judas Iscariot, has initiative and plays Christian Suing Another, and my opponent chooses to have King Saul fight Abigail, since the fight would end in a stalemate by the numbers (assuming no enhancements are played by either player), what happens to KS and Abigail? Do they return to battle or are withdrawn to my territory?

At the end of a side battle surviving characters are returned to their previous location, whether that be territory or the main battle. So in the stalemate you mentioned both Abigail and Saul would return to the main battle.

13.  If a fortress is negated and discarded, or simply discarded, what happens to any characters or other contents that are in the fortress? Are they discarded with the fortress or do they return to territory?

The held cards follow the card holding them. (Most of the time)
