1) can you ignore someone who is immune to you?

2) if you negate and rescue the anti-burial LS, does it work from LoB?

3) if you band to your opponents 7 sons of sceva, can you use it to get a demon out of your discard pile?

4)  are unused sites in your LoB?

1. Yes, but since they're immune you can't "walk around them" like you normally can with ignore and it functions like you're immune to them. So the end result is mutual immunity.

2. No. I believe it was ruled that if the anti-burial soul is negated when rescued it doesn't activate since it triggers upon rescue.

3. Yes, 7 Sons would just end up in its owner's discard pile. Same thing with Philistine Armor Bearer, for example.

4. Unoccupied Sites are located in your territory, not your LoB. This matters for cards such as Death of Unrighteous in that if something affects a site in a LoB it cannot affect an unoccupied Site.

but since 7 sons is an exchange, u cant directly exchange your opponents 7 sons with a card in your discard pile, so how does that work?

When a card goes to a deck, it has to go to the owner's deck.

then how can it exchange since it cant directly exchange for the card its targeting, since it cant be in opp discard pile, logic says it cant exchange with a card in that pile since it cant go in there

It does exchange for the card that it is targeting, but because of game rule it has to go to the owners deck.

It is important to note that if you gain immunity after being ignored it does not stop the ignore from walking past you.

Although this would be rather redundant as Ignore by it's nature grants both sides immunity.
