3 Questions about Simon

1. Simon the Zealot protect the hand from being looked at after he is activated? I am almost positive that the answer to this question is yes.

2. Simon has been activated and is in territory. He is set aside with pentecost. He comes back. Does his ability still work? Or has he not remained it play.

3. Simon has been activated and is in territory. The owner goes out with another hero.  The blocker blocks with Entrapping Pharisees, and reveals a card to capture. Can the rescuer discard a card from his hand since it is protected by Simon, or is it a CBN capture. Is is like the Goliath vs. Wall of Protection(I would have liked to find a link for it but could not) ruling in any way?

1. Yes he protects from look.

2. No, he has not remained in play.

3. I think you cannot use the discard because your hand is protected.  Not 100% sure.

The last I knew it would be
1. Yes
2. He reset being set aside and would need to re-enter battle in order for his ability to reactivate
3. Yes it would become a CBN capture.

Agree that you cannot discard a card from hand if an opponent's card causes it, whether or not it is optional.  It isn't CBN, but the instead cannot occur.

Well it is CBN because the actual ability on Entrapping Pharisees are CBN.

I forgot who we were specifically talking about for the ability, I was more talking in general about these types of abilities.  So nyah.
