3 Liner in TEAMS

Has their been a consensus as to how the 3 line lost souls card works in TEAMS? At NorthCentral Regionals it was ruled that you could rescue the second half of the souls if your teamate rescued the other half. The issue is whether or not player, in this case, means player or the whole team. Also it begs to question how should we treat cards that were not ment for TEAMS? Is it okay to let them play as read. I would seriously like a ruling on this before Nationals. Thank you.

I am certainly not an authority on TEAMS, but I would have to go by a strict reading, which says that the same player must rescue it. And if it ends up that I don't play Saturday (due to a wedding I'm in later that day) I will be volunteering to judge the event, so my word MAY carry a bit of weight. But I'm sure we can discuss this in the first couple days before Saturday.

I don't see why "player" would not be singular, just like "owner."
My wife is a hottie.
