1. How many dual-affiliation cards can you have in a Type-2 and are they good, evil, or neutral?
3. Which comes first Site Phase or Upkeep phase because I was playing my sister and she put the deck discard LS in a site and then used 7 years of plenty to draw a card while I had Gifts of the Magi up so I got to draw a card but was that supposed to be in reverse order or did we play it right?

1. DAEs (Dual-Affiliation Enhancements) are considered both good and evil enhancements, which means in T2, they are effectively neutral. You can have up to two copies of any two-color card in a T2 deck, which includes all current DAEs except Philosophy.
9. Upkeep comes before Prep Phase, which is when sites can be occupied (there is no longer such a thing as site phase). It should have been in reverse order, i.e., you should have been able to draw a card, then she could put a LS in a site.

I find it of great humor that you answered that Q online when you live in the same household. :)

I find it funny that you squared the question numbers when you answered them.

You realize that Jordan is significantly older than his brother, and doesn't actually live with his parents anymore correct?

He's married, so yeah, he lives with his wife.
