I will build one for ya, but I won't be able to play with it...if that is fine...I love building decks on rts. Somebody else can use it if they want...
an isotope of radon produced by radioactive disintegration
Jude and Acts aren't really themes, especially since there are no cards that specify those kinds of characters in their abilities. Other than that, I think this is a fantastic idea. For defense, I think Syrians, Persians, Sadducees, Assyrians, and Greeks should be on the list. (This list is more difficult to make, as defense is a bit more balanced between themes than offense.)
I don't want to be Quotean isotope of radon produced by radioactive disintegrationQuestion, since this is a contest are there any prizes?

They have plenty to make a good defense.
IMO, you shouldn't be able to use tin themes

Also, Syrians and Assyrians are iffy, they are underused only because of the general preference for small defenses in Redemption, but in a format like this, where there are no Z's Temple Priests or Prophet offenses, they would dominate. On the other hand, I don't think that making a pure Persian or Greek defense would be possible. But I do think there should be a clear cut definition of what a "theme" is. That is, what percentage of characters in the deck need to be from the theme to make it a themed deck? Note that there are currently only 5 Greeks and 5 Persians in the game. I could make a deacon deck, sure, but I could make it 100x better by adding in Claudia. Just some things to think about.
