I don't want to give ideas to my opponent that may come back to bite me, but suffice it to say that there are some sneaky things that I would do if I were using TxP, that I think give it a better chance than the sets below it. For instance, how do you see A/B getting any LSs past Philly Garrison after they use their AotL, and he comes back once off Philly Outpost? For that matter, that one move will shut down multiple decks going against TxP. It's not as bad as you think.

I'd probably use Ezekiel's Stick or Sound the Alarm...But I'll leave it to Isildur to figure that out.

AB will destroy TEXP. Confusion, Peace, Two Liner, AoC, etc

I count exactly 1 way for TxP do get past one of the 10/10 demons of Original/Prophets/A/B (and even that doesn't get rid of it forever), how do you propose that TxP gets the 5 souls?

That's a pretty bad idea. If stalks is one of your best offensive options, your set is bad.

I just played a deck with stalks of flax, and it almost killed me. no blocks, last second Sog, NJ saved my rear.

I hate to do this so early in the tournament, but I'm seeing multiple weeks (including next) where I will be out of town or have limited internet access, which I should have considered BEFORE i signed up. So if someone can take over for Kings for me, I'd appreciate it....I was really looking forward to playing too...ah well...

We'll miss you Brad, but at least you're opening up one of the best decks for someone to take over. I just hope Prof A has a backup ready to go so that they'll still be able to get in their game this week.

It actually didn't go so well

I should've picked something light-hearted like "The Trouble with Tribbles". But I picked "Where No Man Has Gone Before", which is deep and thought-provoking about capital punishment, etc. However the whole glowing eyes thing scared her, and we had to end up not finishing the episode.

We'll try again with the Tribbles another night.
