I've tried connecting with two different people and have been unable to, the problem is definately on my end but I'm not sure what it is.
If I'm hosting or not, I just can't seem to be able to connect...

Several people have had problems on Hamachi today. Polarius was unable to connect, and a game between my brother and I was terminated early as well, and we couldn't reconnect. So it may not be you after all.

I've seen a couple different times where people couldn't connect. Then they logged out of hamachi, closed the program and started over and it worked fine. I also saw once where restarting the computer helped someone.

I restarted my computer and that didn't help, I just closed out of it and logged back in but the guy I was going to play with isn't online anymore

If you have a firewall you might need to add RTS or Hamachi as an exception. Or if you don't know how to do that then turn your firewall off to play.

Reinstalled both programs, still nothing :(
