Hamachi Trouble

Alright, I've having a bit of trouble here. I just downloaded Hamachi a few days ago, and it was working fine for a little bit, but now whenever I log on, I can see who's online, but nobody has the little star by their name and it won't let me ping or chat with them. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

That means that the people aren't online.  You might be on a network that doesn't see much use.  What's the name of the network?

No, the people are still certainly online; some of the names are white, which signifies them being online (and who's name is white changes from time to time). For instance Gabe, you're online right now at 2:21EST.
