Usually a great way to connect with people for games is through the shout box. You can just put LFG an people will understand that you mean you are "(L)ooking (F)or a (G)ame"

Setting up games are a good way to connect also. I am usually free after 9pm est. Downloading Hamachi is a good way to connect to others.
