It's not currently on the Tournament Host application, and I don't know if any tournaments with it have been held.

Dropping little teases/hints like this should be a cost ability used by the elders... if you're going to give us subtle, uninformative clues (and getting to enjoy all of our futile attempts to guess or imagine what it will be) it should cost you a booster pack (yes, for all us) or you have to reveal some other secret.
