This year instead of doing all new promos for State and Regional tournaments we decided to get a fresh look old State and Regional promos that are out of print. Both of these were considered for Legacy Rares but we felt they would work just as well or better as "new" promos.

Seasonal promos Rapha of Gath and Majestic Heavens. State Laban. Regional Goliath. National TBD.

If the past couple years are any tell there will be 3 new winner promos that are unique for Nationals 2018 but that is not confirmed yet.
