A delimma that almost came up this year is the event of an RNRS tie for first place. In the days prior to special national champion promos, the packs for first and second would be combined then divided equally and a second plaque made. I did not hear if a decision was ever reached on how to award the first place promo since the circumstances resulted in the tie not occurring. Was this decided or is it up in the air until a tie inevitably occurs at some point in the future?
