Taken from this suggestion, the ROOT Leadership team has decided to allow the ROOT Packs players to pick one 'theme' with which to play for one week each month, this month it is week two, to allow time for players to build decks.

Here are the options for themes. Voting will last until Thursday, then votes will be tallied, and the theme announced on Friday, giving 3 days to get a deck ready.

1 - No dominants allowed

2 - O.T. cards only

3 - N.T. cards only

4 - Pre-Tin era (nothing past priests)

5 - No Ultra Rares or Promos.

6 - Everything goes - no specific theme, play whatever deck you want.

I really wanted the free-for-all, but for some reason im intrigued by the no dominant idea.

I thought I read somewhere that the goal of ROOT was to allow people to see and play against good decks from around the nation. I would vote "free for all". Also, is this going to be for one week only or the entire month?

root rnrs is the more competitive branch of root. root packs, i would say, is the more casual and more for-fun branch of root. and you can win packs too. :)

I vote (or don't since I'm not a part of ROOT Packs) for only using cards with a scripture reference that starts with "and."
