I defeated Honryu 4-1 in a forefeit on his part. Was a great game so far....

Which brings up a question in my mind. How do I receive the points in a forfeit? I'm just saying if he doesn't confirm it?

hes is calling it a forfeit cuz i had to talk to one of the kids from my youth group but i did not agree to it cuz i wanted to try and play later if it counts as a win for him thats cool but like i said i did not say that i forfeited

Not that I'm a stickler with points, and forfeit does not have a negative connotation on it so please don't think that I'm saying anything bad about you

. However you have abruptly left in the middle of a game in the past so I do consider it a forfeit $:-\$ . If you are unable to continue a game due to unforseen circumstances, I believe that is the definition of a forfeit. But, I understand completely about having to leave a game for others (wife, kid, youth group) and am happy to do my best to replay our game

. That being said, I am in college and have limited (not completely limited) time to be able to play games. So...if for some reason I am unable to rematch then I believe this should still count as a win.

This seems like the fairest option. If a player leaves in the middle of a game, then it should count as a win for the player who stayed, unless they are willing to play a rematch later in the week (and able to find a time to play that rematch).

Ironically, a lack of lost souls cost me a game and a poor use of Holy Grail costed me a tie...so with all that said:

I won my challenge game tonight with King Leo. He played well, and had a couple combos in his deck that I'd never seen before. I'll look forward to future games together.

By the way, I don't mind you sharing a bit about my deck Leo since I've been playing it for a little while now, since I have several decks that I like to play, and since I'm not uptight about that sort of thing. But for future reference, you really shouldn't give information about your opponent's deck when you report the game. Some people will get a bit upset about it.
