This is the sign up for January ROOT. The rules will mostly be the same as they were last month, with one significant change:
If you quit an official game and don't give a valid reason for it, then you will be barred from making challenges the following week. If it happens three times in a month, you will not be allowed to participate in ROOT the following month. There were several complaints of people leaving and not attempting to reconnect or explain why they left. Obviously, if you have a good reason to leave (e.g. your house is burning down, your dog is trying to eat your hamster, etc.), let your opponent know. If you are disconnected because of technical issues, please try to inform your opponent at your earliest convenience and make every attempt to reconnect if possible. Any questions/complaints, please let me know, but I hope this will not be an issue in the future.
