As I mentioned in another thread, ROOT was taking off January, but is back for February/March.  Sign up here.

If people are interested, I was thinking this ROOT could be mulligan testing, let me know what you guys think, and what you would like the mulligan rules to be if we test that.

I'm in. and maybe make it where first one is free, any after that you draw one less card? and lost souls stay in play if you mulligan.

Is it T2 only? That's fine if it is.
Also, what do you mean by fees?
