I confirm the win against Wyatt.. 6-5 me. Thanks to help from a lot of guys, my deck actually seemed to work. Used a plot.

The card that won me the game was 'Might of Angels'. Wiped out like his whole D.

Actually, with the holiday, I had previously decided to give some extra time this week.  Hopefully you guys will be able to get your game in before this Sun midnight :)

I'll give everyone until Sunday Jan 5th at midnight to get the week 4 games in.

Nope, we'll have one more week after this one.

Then after that (for the Jan/Feb ROOT) we'll be having Sideboards :)

I hope people can finish early then. I wont be able to do the last week otherwise.

In that case, if you don't play him by Sun midnight, then you will get the ghost points.  However if you can try again and play him before then we might be able to start the last round early so Wyatt can get his game in :)

Phenomenal game with Prof Underwood resulted in a 6-5 loss for me.

Perhaps the best T-3 game I was involved in!

I needed one more block because I had eliminated his defense and almost locked him out due to removing Isaiah's call from the game.

Wheel within a Wheel turned out to be the difference maker in the game granting prof access for the last rescue.

Completely agree with it being an awesome game!

For future reference, try not to reveal cards or strategies from your opponent's decks in your recaps.  It doesn't really matter in this case since it's the last game of the tournament, and I'm not really secretive about my decks anyway, but other people could get upset, so just keep it in mind :)

Thanks for the reminder I figured it would be ok since this was the last week but you are right about not revealing strategies!

confirm- ABOMB mirror. What an interesting match-up.
I tried to not use my force draws and grind this game out.
I never saw my Gifts which included The Magi just to pull it out sooner because the deck is so much better with it out.
I got good blocks and saw Goliath do his standalone thing, where the opponent said no to new attacks prob 3 times.
I converted my opponents Goliath and Grey/Black Greek with Woman at the Well + Grail.
I used WaterJar for 9.

I was really behind on this one the whole game. Even when I got Hur'd with Abomb on my side to gain some cards, I was quickly Mayhem'd to counter even the smallest gain.

I really tried to keep the late game in my mind, knowing it would occur. One of the hardest dicisions I had to make was choosing what to discard in my 5 card hand from slugs GenerousWidow.

Yes, 'twas most fun.
Clift's turn 1 SWJ and later the woman at the well fished out my EC's nicely to setup easy converts. His Philly defense was excellent at always having some1 to block with PO. Golly is a big beast to small gold heroes without enhancements.
My main happy point was when I resolved the abomb and it actually stayed a few turns. Unable to do that in my previous games with opponents, also resulting in losses. Pretty sad when your deck is built around 1 main card and you fail to resolve it.  :P
Gen widow is just fun.  :)
