What cards are permitted in Reserve

I have seen quite a few conflicting statements regarding the reserve and what is and is not allowed in it.

So, asking the following questions:

1.  Are there specific characters (by name) prohibited from the reserve?
     
2.  Are Fortresses and Lost Soul Sites permitted in the reserve?
       1.  Fortresses
       2.  Lost Soul Sites
3.  Are Artifacts, Covenants and/or Curses permitted in the reserve?
       1.  Artifacts
       2.  Covenants
       3.  Curses
4.  Are Dominants permitted in the reserve?
       a.  Asking this one due to seeing some saying:
            -They can be
            -They're not permitted
            -They can be put in it during the game

5.  Are Dual Alignment cards permitted in the reserve and if partial yes, which below combinations are permitted?
    a.  Hero/Evil Character
    b.  Lost Soul Site/Hero
    c.  Lost Soul Site/Evil Character
    d.  Lost Soul Site/Fortress
    e.  Good/Evil Enhancements
    f.   Good Enhancement/Hero
    g.  Good Enhancement/Evil Character
    h.  Evil Enhancement/Hero
    i.   3 or more Brigade Cards
    j.   Any alignment combination I may have missed

All that is needed for each number and segment of number is Yes or No, I know the limit is 10 cards.

I am asking since I am coming back into the game and have never dabbled in reserve usage and I also am working on actually making a tournament legal deck since tournament legal has changed from what I knew was in the past.

The limitation for reserve is that no Dominants or Lost Souls are allowed (except Hopper). Everything else is good as long as you obey the deck building rules (i.e. you can't have Moses in deck and in Reserve). 

Type 2 is max of 15 and you have to balance good and evil.
