I think the name of the card is Profane Daughters. It's a 3-color brigade Evil Character, and reads "you may take an O.T. artifact from Reserve (or activate it here if it can be activated on this card..." I know that temples and some sites allow you to place artifacts on/in them, but what game options make it possible to put an artifact on a character and make it so it "can be activated on (this) card"?
