What are the official tournament deck building rules for sealed deck 2-Player. I know you get to choose three different packs and you can only include one lost soul site in a deck. You also get to trade with your first opponent. Any deck size Limits? The tournament guide isn't specific enough. Where can I find the complete tournament rules?

As you already noted, with the exception of only one single-colored site being permitted in your deck, you build the deck according to normal Type 1 deck building rules as found in the 4th edition rulebook and REG. Was there something more specific you were looking for?

The tournament guide is being updated (which includes updates to sealed deck) and will be released sometime in the weeks after Nationals.

Wayyyy back the rules were slightly different... NWJonathan is a old school player so I get why he asked ;D
A fun thing that people used to always forget is you can trade ANY of your cards. This includes cards from the starter deck given out. I used to trade and or swap entire offenses, defenses or even my dominants for cards from my opponents.
If I remember right I think the time I won nats in 2010 I traded my Burial and my site for a couple of blue heroes and and some EC's :P
